bdok7 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bdok7 platform and all of its services. "bdok7", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the bdok7.cam website and all associated mobile versions and services. "User", "member", "you", or "your" refers to any person who uses, browses, or registers on this platform.

From the moment you access the bdok7 website, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

To enjoy the full services on bdok7, you need to create a personal account. The information you provide at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may hold only one account.
• Account information must be truthful and accurate, and must be updated whenever any changes occur.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential.
• Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited.
• Selling, transferring, or giving your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdok7 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Documents such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence may be requested. KYC verification may need to be completed before withdrawals are processed. If the required documents are not provided, the account may be temporarily suspended.

bdok7's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. At the time of registration you must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

3.1 Geographic Eligibility

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that using bdok7's services does not violate the laws and regulations of your own jurisdiction. bdok7 is not liable for any legal consequences arising from violations of local law.

bdok7 supports all popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Please read the following policies carefully before carrying out any transaction.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (applicable for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal time: generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.

bdok7 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are stated on that bonus's details page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 25x wagering requirement must be met to use this bonus.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may be used only once, unless otherwise stated.
• Before the wagering requirement is met, both the deposit and the bonus funds will remain combined.
• Not all games may be available to play with bonus funds — the list of eligible games is provided on the promotions page.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• If bonuses are claimed from multiple accounts or from the same device, all accounts will be closed.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular members may participate in our VIP program. The bdok7 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can be promoted to higher tiers based on their activity. Bronze members receive a weekly cashback of up to 0.3%; Silver members up to 0.5%; and Gold members up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

The following policies must be followed when using betting and gaming services on bdok7.

6.1 Bet Validity

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, bdok7 reserves the right to apply the correct odds.
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted after an event has started.
• Transactions related to suspicious betting patterns may be held pending investigation.

6.2 Live Betting

If a disconnection or technical issue occurs during live betting, bdok7 will determine the outcome of the bet based on the actual data at that time. bdok7 is not liable for any issues caused by a weak internet connection.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

A limit may apply to the amount that can be won in any single bet or game session. The maximum win limit for specific games or events is stated on the relevant page. bdok7 reserves the right to review this limit under special circumstances.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the bdok7 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

1. Any form of cheating, fraud, or bonus abuse.
2. Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
3. Creating an account using another person's identity.
4. Using automated bots, scripts, or software for betting or gaming.
5. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
6. Conducting hacking, deploying malware, or carrying out any technical attack.
7. Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.
8. Threatening, harassing, or engaging in misconduct against other users.
9. Conducting transactions using a third party's account or payment method.
10. Assisting minors in using the platform.

bdok7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Violation of these terms.
• Failure to provide identity or age verification documents.
• Unusual betting patterns or suspicion of cheating.
• Security threats or risk of a cyber attack.

8.2 Closure at the User's Initiative

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending withdrawals must be processed before the account is closed, and any unused bonuses will be cancelled.

bdok7 accepts no liability for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
• The actions or failures of third parties (payment providers, game developers).
• Service disruption caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemic).
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account by another person, where this is due to your own negligence.
• The consequences of decisions made based on any information displayed on the platform.

• Your data will never be sold to third parties.
• Data may need to be provided to government authorities due to legal obligations.

Software bugs, system errors, or incorrect configurations may cause incorrect odds, bonus amounts, or game results to be displayed. bdok7 reserves the right to cancel winnings resulting from such errors at its discretion.
